DR. BRYCE ARNDT

Founder

DR. CARLOS SANCHEZ

Co-founder + Medical Director

Dr. Sanchez is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist who specializes in structural heart disease interventions. Dr. Sanchez received his medical degree from San Carlos University in Guatemala City. He completed his internal medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he also served as Chief Fellow of the cardiovascular disease training program. Dr. Sanchez earned his interventional cardiology and structural heart disease fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has been the principal investigator and co-investigator in numerous research studies in cardiology and structural heart disease. He has authored or co-authored several publications and book chapters. Dr. Sanchez believes that we are living in an era where science and technology are advancing at an unprecedented rate. These advancements are not just future prospects; they are unfolding in the present moment. They are reshaping the way we approach health and wellness. This evolution is not just about disease prevention and longevity but about living a longer healthier life with energy, vitality and genuine quality. He firmly believes that your health is your greatest wealth.

DAWN KIRSTINE HAQUE

Co-founder

Dawn is originally from Worthington, Ohio, a graduate of Otterbein University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She has many years of advanced practice nursing experience in Internal Medicine and Cardiology-Structural Heart as well as having been a clinical nurse manager and nurse administrator at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

At the Luxe MedSpa, we prioritize access to the latest advancements in health optimization and aesthetics. Her goal is to empower people to love themselves and to live a healthier, longer life. Dawn has a passion for aesthetics, longevity, and personalized health.

On a personal note, she is the mother of 3 wonderful children and 2 very handsome cats. Dawn enjoys traveling and has been lucky enough to live in Europe for 10+ years. She is excited to be a part of the team here at the Luxe. Her current focus is anti-aging and integrative medicine, specializing in advanced peptide therapy. Our wellness center will provide a holistic approach to weight loss, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and muscle building support.

STEPHANIE MONNIN

Nurse

Stephanie is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a remarkable focus on skin health and quality. With an impressive 10 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. 

Stephanie’s passion lies in empowering individuals by enhancing their natural beauty and boosting confidence through personalized care and education.  Her commitment to creating a safe and empathetic environment ensures that every client feels heard and supported as they embark on their aesthetic journey.

DIANA LIVENGOOD

Nurse

Dianna is our FNP who comes to us with a degree from Otterbein University for both her bachelors and masters degree. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field in specialties such as labor and delivery, neurosurgery, cardiac, and obesity medicine specializing in weight loss. Her most recent 3 years of experience has been focused primarily in aesthetic medicine.
Dianna is passionate about the cosmetics and beauty industry and truly focuses on best clinical outcomes for her clients. She is passionate about women’s health and boosting confidence of those she has the pleasure of treating.

When she is not working at The Luxe she loves to spend time with her husband and son, being outdoors, traveling, and training at her local CrossFit gym.

Dina Maynard

Aesthetic Nurse

Dina Maynard is a skincare specialist with over 30 years of experience creating healthy skin and designing beautiful brows. She has traveled the country to train with the top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, researchers, and cosmetic chemists to develop treatments and protocols based on the latest science and technology. Every client receives personalized care to ensure that healthy skin lasts a lifetime!

GINA LOMBARDI

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Gina has nearly ten years experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Her professional background also includes training other aesthetic nurses, wound care, behavioral health and geriatrics.

Gina is passionate about keeping up with the newest products, techniques, and technology to always provide her clients with the best care and outcomes. She truly loves learning and educating others about skin health and helping people feel more confident in their own skin.

Aside from being a licensed nurse, Gina also holds an undergraduate degree in business management with a minor in marketing from Ohio Dominican University and has worked as a consultant for other med spas.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, coaching basketball, hiking, playing pickleball, traveling, cooking, reading and playing with her fur baby, Tito!

CELESTE LAUER

Licensed Esthetician

Celeste offers over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Her passion for skincare began in her teen years as someone that struggled with acne and tried everything to clear it.

After a long career as a Health Director at the American Cancer Society, Celeste made the decision to go back to school to become a licensed esthetician. In 2021 she began her new career in esthetics.

She is trained and certified as an Acne Specialist. Her approach is holistic, with the method of investigating every aspect of the individual and creating a customized treatment plan.

Her goal is to create a safe and comforting environment for her clients, with them leaving feeling refreshed, glowing, and educated on proper skincare. Celeste also specializes in dermaplaning and the GLO2 Facial, among other services.

Celeste has a bachelor’s degree in health education with a minor in fine arts from Bowling Green State University. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have one daughter. Celeste was featured in Columbus Monthly giving her professional skin care advice. She is also certified in foundational vinyasa yoga and Reiki. When she is not in the treatment room she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and outdoor adventures.
